PlanManager will see both companies aim to expand their customer bases
3 November 2021 – Axalta Refinish in South Africa has entered into a partnership with Audatex, the world leader in database development, software implementation and services for the automobile repair and insurance claims processing industry.
The partnership focuses on the Audatex bodyshop management system, PlanManager, a web-based end-to-end bodyshop management solution that streamlines the entire crash repair and claims management process for bodyshops and their customers.

Working closely with Audatex, who already process over 80 percent of accident claims in South Africa, will be a mutually beneficial experience and ultimately one that will not only add value to our collective customer bases by providing them with an improved and more flexible level of service, but also provide new growth opportunities for us both.”

The first steps of the partnership are already underway: PlanManager is integrating seamlessly with Axalta’s premium refinish brands’ digital colour management systems, ChromaConnect from Cromax®, Phoenix from Spies Hecker and Standowin iQ from Standox, and Axalta Refinish technicians are undergoing extensive training with the bodyshop management solution so they can offer help and support to customers in the field.
