Introducing Cromax XF308X Ultra Performance Surfacer – a next-generation 2-in-1 solution that combines sanding and wet-on-wet applications in a single product. By removing the need for multiple surfacers, XF308X helps simplify product selection, reduce inventory and make day-to-day operations more efficient.

Designed for speed, XF308X air-dries quickly and can be sanded in around 30 minutes, helping technicians move vehicles through the repair process faster. For wet-on-wet applications, a short flash-off time of approximately 5 minutes enables basecoat to be applied sooner, supporting improved throughput.

The surfacer delivers smooth flow and strong vertical stability straight from the spray gun, creating a uniform surface that is easy to sand or overcoat. A single hardener is used across application methods, helping to streamline mixing and reduce the risk of errors in busy workshops.

Available in three ValueShade options – white, grey and black – XF308X allows technicians to optimise basecoat coverage, improving hiding power while reducing material consumption.

Built on Cromax’s Fast Cure Low Energy (FCLE) technology, XF308X is designed to cure effectively at lower temperatures or through air drying. This helps reduce reliance on energy-intensive spray booth cycles, supporting both cost savings and environmental goals.
